A bit about my approach to therapy
Listening and comprehending the patient’s feelings is a big part of my therapy sessions. I start by analyzing the underlying issues and mapping a rough treatment plan. Besides the ongoing therapy, I assign small tasks to my patients that they can practice at home. Through regular practice and regime, I assist my patients to work against their behavioral issues by establishing a firm routine to enable them to feel independent, self reliant and self sufficient.
What to expect in my first therapy session?
After our first session you will have immediate access to effective tools addressing your current mental and emotional health issues. In our sessions together we will analyze, practice skills, challenge thoughts, learn to communicate better and fix problematic behaviors. It is work but the work is well worth the healing you are looking for. I will help you understand the aspect of your issues, retrieve your expectations and goals from the session. I will give a rough idea about the number of sessions that will be needed for your healing.
