A bit about my approach to therapy

You can expect to have compassion and validation of your unique situation. You can also expect to be equipped with skills that will help you between sessions. We will establish goals for your treatment that reflect your personal needs, and continue to work toward achieving wellness as quickly as possible.

What to expect in my first therapy session?

I believe that my sessions with client shall enable them to unlearn unhelpful patterns and adopt much healthier ones. Our sessions will focus on your specific needs, where you currently are, and setting goals to work toward guiding you where you want to be. It is important that we understand actual impact of therapy is seen between 5 to 8 sessions however emotional vent out could be a result of one-two sessions.
