A bit about my approach to therapy
I strongly believe that the collaborative effort between the counselor and the client is necessary for a productive therapy session. I have an empathetic, non judgmental and laid back approach in sessions. I feel that structured, directive sessions, an integrative/eclectic approach and implementing a variety of techniques have produced positive results and have opened lines of communication. In our work together, we will explore your thinking/beliefs/emotional-behavioral responses and discover obstacles. We will use them to understand what life experiences have caused you to stay stuck in cycles that have brought you to therapy. Our work together include addressing your core issues, depending on what your needs or desires are. We will focus on the present and past, to help you get to a better place emotionally and mentally.

I offer a safe space where you can be vulnerable, vent out, feel heard, relaxed, empowered, enlightened and hopeful. I help you find a balanced, healthy and flexible approach towards self, others and life by through analyzing, questioning, challenging and finding a resolution.
