My goal is to help you get immediate relief and dig deep to heal long standing wounds if needed. Working together we can create the transformation you want and desire. A bit about my approach to therapy

In therapy with me you find I have a casual, non judgmental and laid back approach in sessions. In our work together, we will explore, discover obstacles, and use them to lead us to understand what life experiences have caused you to stay stuck in cycles that have brought you to therapy. Our work could include addressing anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relational issues, depending on what your needs or desires are. We will focus on the present and past, to help you get to a better place now.
