A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach to psychotherapy with an inclination towards the cognitive school of thought. The process is always led by the client with my facilitation. I usually focus on personal development, making it a reflective and insightful process for my clients so that they go back to being more self-aware than when they started therapy.

What to expect in my first therapy session?

I try to understand the client's current concerns and ask their permission to ask questions related to different domains of their life so that I can understand their concerns better. It is usually followed by self-reflective homework and some strategies to regulate their emotions better.
