A bit about my approach to therapy
I view therapy as a process of self-understanding and self-discovery. I support you understanding yourself and your immediate environment that bothers you to function optimally. You may expect to identify the root cause of your disturbed emotions/thoughts through self-reflection. I use action oriented techniques of REBT/CBT therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness, yogic breathing, and autosuggestion.

We will move deeper into unraveling your situation step by step with ease leading to greater self-realization and acceptance. Khushboo, it was a good session I would say. The techniques that you recommended made a lot of sense. While and after talking to you I realised that if work is the only thing affecting my mood then why not just sort that out. I got the JD changed at my internship and now it is something I am interested in so, not facing a lot of issues right now. Thanks to you I got that realisation. :)
