A bit about my approach to therapy

I work closely with you to identify challenges and define goals and create confidential therapeutic programs as per the your requirements. I use an action based approach and provide various activities so that my sessions are more practical in your life. I also use various different therapies such as art therapy, narrative therapy other than CBT, REBT SFBT.

What to expect in my first therapy session?

The first session will be rapport building. I will ensure confidentiality and build the alliance. I will provide a non judgmental safe space wherein you will be able to share your problems. We will prioritize your currrent issues and will make sure that you feel more hopeful and relaxed after my session.
