I view therapy as a process where I support you in connecting you with your present-moment experiences to help you reflect and view these experiences with an alternate positive perspective which will help in bringing in a holistic transformation.
Our work together will often involve creating thinking error awareness and noticing your present moment experience through Mindfulness Exercises.This will help you become more self aware and be the best version of yourself and lead a happier life. I use CBT, Interpersonal Therapy, Psychodynamics, Gestalt Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, DBT, Mindfulness, and Existential Therapy techniques to support you with exploring your real self and help you move towards your ideal self.

I hold a safe 100 % confidential space to help you ventilate by offering a completely non judgemental listening.Then we surf through the root causes of the struggles and help process the emotional entanglements you have with them. Over time, with growing awareness, you will begin to accept and appreciate your thoughts, your true feelings and your vulnerabilities as a self-informed adult.
