A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize an holistic and eclectic approach to psychotherapy, focusing on the whole person and environment in which they exist. By integrating traditional talk therapy including CBT, ACT, DBT and mindfulness, I am able to tailor therapy to each individual client, aiding them to integrate their mental, physical, and emotional selves. Additionally, I’m clinically sound which makes my sessions more result oriented.

The therapeutic relationship is key to being able to work through your concerns or struggles. I will empower you and help you find your strengths and resilience to overcome obstacles you may be experiencing. We can work through them through a warm, holistic, and empowering environment to achieve the necessary changes you wish to make. It will help you to map your self development goals in the first session and draw a roadmap to enable you to achieve them.
