Because of my work in the field of mental health, I have realized that sometimes labeling and categorizing can limit the potential of an individual, making them feel stuck. Looking at this obstacle as the way forward, I focus on creating a safe space for my clients to truly explore themselves and these labels and to create change where required. The aim is to meet the client where they are at instead of trying to bring them where you think they are supposed to be. A person is much more than the label attached to them and it is imperative to look at the human first, and label later. Each one of us has a story to tell, and all we have to do is listen.
Using the tools of hypnosis, expressive arts, and talk therapy, I customize my work according to the uniqueness and the needs of the individual, empowering them to face life on their own terms.

A bit about my approach to therapy
Therapy is a journey where the client and the therapist are co-explorers, trying and testing those paths which have been long forgotten and building new paths wherever required. And the starting of this journey lies in being as authentic as possible, meeting the client where they are at and accepting their humanness. Our work together will involve not just verbal expression but also non verbal expression - connecting to the body via movement and art. I also believe that each one of us has a story to tell and the answers often lie not just in the content but in the way we tell it. So you can also expect discussions about books, movies, series, plays - anything and everything that contributed to your story.
What you can expect from my first session?
The first few sessions are all about laying the foundation for a strong therapeutic alliance. So bring in whatever you feel like - something from 5 minutes ago or 5 years ago. We start from wherever you are.
