This is an expressive arts-based therapeutic workshop specially designed for individuals who are seeking ways of coping with their emotions and feelings of anxiety.

Drama Therapy Wellness Workshop

This workshop specially designed for individuals who are seeking ways of exploring self-expression, coping with their emotions and feelings of anxiety. It will help in facilitating participants to engage in role play, music, improvisation, and story making for their own wellbeing and self-regulation.

What can you expect in the screening session? 


Step One - Once you book a session, you will talk to a psychologist who is empathic, non-judgemental and wants to actively listen to your issues. 

Step Two - Then she will be asking you preliminary questions to better understand your situation & concerns. She will also briefly guide you to identify goals & a management plan for you. 

Step Three - She will match you with our senior psychologist on board who will be a part of your healing process.

Step Four - Then you can book a session with your psychologist with complete information about your current situation and expert's understanding.
