A bit about my approach to therapy
I use a holistic approach to different problems drawing the essence of different therapeutic techniques like Solution Focused Brief Counseling Techniques, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and relaxation techniques with mindfulness, guided imagery, visualization etc to destress and manage efficiently for bringing out a positive outlook and build self esteem in the client.
What to expect in my first therapy session?
My first session is a rapport building session where I slowly bring confidence in the client through positive reassurance and being an active listener. It's the beginning of a well being and a positive journey and a more easy and comfortable way of looking at life and challenges with a positive outlook and self empowerment. While surfing through the root cause of the distress, I lead the client to think from a different perspective to feel better and confident, making them aware about therapy process.
