A bit about my approach to therapy
I use an eclectic approach, which is a mix of different types of theories. To name a few I use a Client-centered approach, Gestalt therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all but it is a tailor-made approach. I use psychological modalities according to the client's needs and concerns.
What you can expect from my first session?
First session will help us to know each other better with an understanding of your issues and my expertise for you. It will also give me an opportunity to plan your psychological growth journey. Please know in this session, I will majorly want to listen to you, your concerns, emotions, and what you need from the sessions. I will also help you to streamline your immediate thoughts and plan for the next sessions.
