A bit about my approach to therapy
I believe healing happens on multiple levels, so hence I use a holistic healing approach. I practice healing Mind, body and Spirit. I use different forms of Arts, Mindfulness techniques along with CBT, to support and guide my clients to bring awareness to your thoughts and emotions which then helps them to change their actions to get out of an unhealthy behavior pattern.
What to expect in my first therapy session?
In my first session, I hold a safe space and build a non-judgmental bubble to help my clients to feel warm and safe. We discuss the challenges and obstacles they are experiencing and assess the impact on our daily lives or routine. Venting out and sharing helps to find an immediate release and a sense of calm. Later we discuss a few resources as coping mechanisms to help manage day-to-day emotions. Once at ease we then start working on the root cause to reach the highest self-potential, awareness, and self-empowerment.
