As a Senior Psychologist with more than 15 years of experience, holding a Ph.D. in psychology, Anupama’s therapeutic approach centers around actively listening and understanding her clients' experiences. She believes in the importance of assessing and diagnosing the issues at hand before proceeding with appropriate and effective treatment. By setting goal-oriented treatment plans, both the therapist and the client can witness progress and development throughout the therapeutic journey. Anupama is fluent in Hindi, English, and Kannada, enabling effective communication with her clients. Her areas of expertise include ADHD, BPD, social anxiety, GARS, DMIT, ASD, personality disorders, emotional quotient, and the Sentence Completion Test. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or rescheduling of the session needs to be informed 6 hours prior to the session (except for emergency cases). In the case of delayed intimation, the session charges shall not be reimbursed. It usually takes 5-7 working days for the refund to show in your account after we issue refund on any cancellations.
