A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in a collaborative approach towards therapy where I walk alongside my clients in their journey of self-exploration. I aim to provide a compassionate lens towards ourselves through therapy. I use an integrated approach with a focus on psychodynamic lens and mindfulness-based interventions. I hope to continue this journey with you and provide a safe space to create, connect and explore emotions through art.

What to expect in my first therapy session?

First sessions can bring some hesitancy and anxiety. We will go at the pace that is comfortable for you and start our exploration through art and play. You can prepare by sitting in a comfortable private space and reflecting on what brought you for therapy. We will gradually look at your intentions and hope for this space and continue with this collaborative journey as you share your story with me.
