A bit about my approach to therapy
I view therapy as a process of self-understanding and self-discovery. I support you understanding yourself and your immediate environment that bothers you to function optimally. You may expect to identify the root cause of your disturbed emotions/thoughts through self-reflection. I use action oriented techniques of REBT/CBT therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness, yogic breathing, and autosuggestion.

You may expect attentive and empathetic listening in a safe and judgment-free environment. We get to know each other better and communicate openly about your expectations and priorities in therapy. We will move deeper into unraveling your situation step by step with ease leading to greater self-realization and acceptance. If you are willing, we may explore some concrete, actionable steps to help you through becoming self-sufficient.
