Hey! Happy to see you here.
Relationships and workplace issues are one of the biggest stressors that affect other spheres of life. They are inevitable, but it is in our control to give them a hopeful direction. If we succeed in understanding those and start taking responsibility for our actions, life would be much easier. I work with young adults dealing with difficulties by providing support to understand the nitty-gritty of the issues and helping them make decisions independently.

A bit about my approach to therapy
I view therapy as a process of self-understanding and self-discovery. I support you understanding yourself and your immediate environment that bothers you to function optimally. You may expect to identify the root cause of your disturbed emotions/thoughts through self-reflection. I use action oriented techniques of REBT/CBT therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness, yogic breathing, and autosuggestion.
What to expect in my first therapy session?
You may expect attentive and empathetic listening in a safe and judgment-free environment. We get to know each other better and communicate openly about your expectations and priorities in therapy. We will move deeper into unraveling your situation step by step with ease leading to greater self-realization and acceptance. If you are willing, we may explore some concrete, actionable steps to help you through becoming self-sufficient.

Special thanks to Ms. Shikha..had it not been for her we (my son and i) would not have been able to gather ourselves after ther storm that had hit us so badly..her eye for details n the mantra to focus on minute things worked wonders.. Her easy going n friendly nature, the smile on her face added to our hopes which were otherwise shattered..A councillor like her is an angel in disguise...it took time ( what doesn't) but result was miraculous...
I had multiple jumbled up problems when i met Shikha a month ago. They all seemed too overwhelming. However, she started approaching each of them one by one. Initially, it looked difficult to work upon, but now I've learnt how to systematically address and get out of tough situations rather easily and effectively on my own. This is the power of thinking rationally. I recommend consulting the team if you are into any conflict or indecisiveness or stress or anything else.
One of my friends was passing through the difficult phase in her personal life and was not able to take a decision because of the emotions and thinking about the future. She was also feeling guilty in taking her decision. I took her to meet Ms. Shikha for some guidance. We had a meeting for around 2 hours and a couple of
