I offer Drama and movement therapy (along with a space to talk when required) which is a form of psychotherapy, involving the use of various creative mediums like dance, stories, games, visual art, music and drama along with verbal communication, to create a safe space for the clients to reflect, integrate and bring desired changes in their life. There is no right and wrong way to participate in the activities as it is not about creating an aesthetic piece of art but to express one's emotions, thoughts and ideas.

What to expect in my first therapy session?
I believe that an individual knows about their life the best and therapy can support them to get in touch with their own knowledge, healing capacities, emotions, ideas and thoughts through creative exploration, safety and understanding. As a therapist, I work in my best capacity to serve the clients, however, therapy can be a long and even uncomfortable/painful process at times that requires consistency to show results.
A bit about my approach to therapy
I follow a client centered approach and decide the aims and material of the sessions, according to the themes that a client brings into the session. My approach looks at symptoms as an expression of underlying/unconscious issues and life stories, which needs to be brought into conscious awareness and given a meaning, instead of pathologizing or fixing the symptoms.
