Why did we start this program?
Having hired psychologists for the last three years, we've identified a shortfall in the current Post Graduation Program, particularly in providing practical clinical guidance. This deficiency impacts patient therapy experiences and the early years of practice for aspiring psychologists.
Our 3-Month Clinical Supervision Program aims to bridge the theory-to-practice gap, instilling confidence in budding psychologists. This online program facilitates networking, allowing participants to build a supportive community of mental health practitioners and establish a robust referral network.
Course Constituents
The online program spans three months and provides participants with 6 group sessions, a WhatsApp community, one-on-one doubt clarification, resources, and worksheets. It includes access to a senior counselor and trainer with over 10 years of experience, crucial resources, community support, case studies, role-plays, supervision of current cases, hands-on knowledge of assessments, and an introduction to innovative therapeutic modalities. The program is exclusively crafted to address the specific needs of aspiring psychologists, equipping them with the skills required for effective client practice and career advancement.
