By providing positive regard and a non judgemental environment, I help you open up with yourself. Accept yourself as you are and modify and change what requires your attention. Our mind not only impacts our thoughts but also shows up in several ways in our body. I follow various techniques like CBT, DBT, relaxation techniques, hypnotherapy and Mindfulness to guide you through the process of self exploration.
What to expect in my first therapy session?
The first session can be challenging, as you might feel reluctant and confused so as to how to go about the whole process. But you don’t have to, as it’s ‘your space’ and you can be freely who you are, while I as a therapist help building a trustworthy and confidential therapeutic relationship.
