I believe following a single approach to therapy inhibits the growth of it. So what I believe is using eclectic approach that gives us a flexibility and freedom to tackle the problems of the individuals that are coming to us. Male: I was using gutkha since 3 years and was not able to stop the use, whenever I tried to the craving and the withdrawals made it worse, then I got to know about Hanuman - he explained me how my ghutka chewing habit will turn into major health drawbacks. He taught me some techniques that were real helpful and now it's been 6 months I had stopped using gutkha or any other tobacco products.
