In your first session with me, you can expect a calm and supportive environment where the focus is on you. We will begin by exploring your current concerns, your emotional experiences, and what you hope to gain from therapy. My approach is structured yet flexible, I aim to make you feel heard, understood, and at ease. You’ll also get a glimpse of how I work: combining practical tools, psychometric techniques, ayurvedic and yoga techniques for managing stress and emotions with deeper exploration of underlying patterns. Rather than overwhelming you with information, I ensure the session feels like a guided conversation—one where clarity begins to replace confusion, and hope replaces heaviness. By the end of our first session, you can expect to walk away with a sense of relief, an initial action plan, and the reassurance that this space is dedicated entirely to your healing and growth. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation or rescheduling of the session needs to be informed 6 hours prior to the session (except for emergency cases). In the case of delayed intimation, the session charges shall not be reimbursed. It usually takes 5-7 working days for the refund to show in your account after we issue refund on any cancellations.
