Therapy with me is meant to feel like coming home. A place where you can finally put your bags down, the worries, the masks, the weight you have been carrying, and just be. You don’t have to be perfect here and you don’t have to be strong. You can come as you are, even if that means broken, confused, or tired.Just like no one medicine works for every patient, no single method works for everyone in therapy, which is why I draw from different approaches like Positive Psychotherapy, Experiential Counselling, NLP, MBCT, Transactional Analysis, Art Therapy, Graphotherapy, ACT, CBT, REBT, SFBT and Hypnotherapy. It is about you. About finding your voice, your independence, and a way of living that feels lighter, more peaceful, and truly your own, like finding your way back home within yourself.
