Service Description

Guided by a Yoga Therapist, participants learn ergonomic practices to alleviate strain and tension from prolonged sitting, promoting posture, flexibility, and relaxation amidst sedentary work environments.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or rescheduling of the session needs to be informed 6 hours prior to the session (except for emergency cases). In the case of delayed intimation, the session charges shall not be reimbursed. It usually takes 5-7 working days for the refund to show in your account after we issue refund on any cancellations.
