Structure: Carefully designed 45 minutes yoga classes for those who are looking to include yoga into their busy lives Style: An online session which is a mix of Yoga asanas, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques which will provide a soothing and relaxing experience, yet leaving you feeling strong and mindful. There is a lot of focus on correct technique and alignment. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or rescheduling of the session needs to be informed 6 hours prior to the session (except for emergency cases). In the case of delayed intimation, the session charges shall not be reimbursed. It usually takes 5-7 working days for the refund to show in your account after we issue refund on any cancellations.
