Meharmeet’s aim is to empower you to tap into your own inner wisdom, fostering self-awareness and emotional health for a lifetime. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, and specializes in working with adults and adolescents, particularly college students. Her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, addiction, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or rescheduling of the session needs to be informed 6 hours prior to the session (except for emergency cases). In the case of delayed intimation, the session charges shall not be reimbursed. It usually takes 5-7 working days for the refund to show in your account after we issue refund on any cancellations.
