With a Master's degree in Psychology, Shefali views therapy as a collaborative alliance between the client and therapist. She will help you work towards facilitating a deeper understanding of your concerns through open communication, clear intentions, and psychoeducation. In her sessions, Shefali curates techniques and strategies inspired by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and supportive therapy. Her expertise lies in areas such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, breakup counselling, and sex and intimacy concerns. She is fluent in both Hindi and English, allowing for effective communication during our sessions. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or rescheduling of the session needs to be informed 6 hours prior to the session (except for emergency cases). In the case of delayed intimation, the session charges shall not be reimbursed. It usually takes 5-7 working days for the refund to show in your account after we issue refund on any cancellations.
